I've contacted GOG. In the meantime, I thought I'd ask for help here.

I keep getting E9s and E15s when I try downloading this game.

I have tried multiple times to uninstall and install, but it fails.

I have tried the offline versions and ended up taken to a page with 404 - not found. Every file I tried did this.

I tried deleting the game folder in Windows (C:)/Program Files (x86)/GOG Galaxy/Games/Batman Arkham Knight. Didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled GOG Galaxy. Didn't work.

And now GOG Galaxy is telling me that the games I have actually downloaded are no longer installed (when they are and I can play them normally on my computer) and when I tried installing those supposedly non-installed games again, I got E9s and E15s for all of them.

I bough the Arkham series today, using a voucher to get it, and was overjoyed to get Arkham Knight with all the DLC nice and cheap. Now I'm so annoyed.

If anyone has an alternative to the above methods I've tried, please let me know. I don't know what else I can do. I don't even know if GOG would refund me; if they do, would taking the game away and then giving it back to me even fix the problem?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried all the tricks that googling provided based on old forum posts but still not working. Posting in here so I can follow.

Same errors here for all 4 batman games I purchased. E9 and E15. Not a firewall or antivirus issue.

Yeah, same problem here too. Super annoying in deed.
I'm sorry other people are having this problem, too. I'm still hunting for ways to fix it until GOG replies to me.

For now, here's as an update on my trying to get this to work.

I tried installing Arkham Knight on a different computer. Same installation problems, which don't make sense to me if it was because I deleted an uninstall file so it couldn't remove itself or something along those lines. Makes me think it's on GOG's end and not mine, but I can't be sure.

I have since managed to fix all the GOG games other than Arkham Knight by going to the GOG Galaxy gear in the top left and hovering over "Add games & friends" then "Scan folders for GOG Games". My other games are back and working normally.

I kept looking through guides and thought maybe it was a space problem, so I moved my GOG games to a new SSD and everything but Arkham Knight (of course) has copied over safely and is working.

I've tried going through all those other things I listed again and Arkham Knight really just does not want to uninstall or reinstall still.

I have also tried fiddling with my firewall and IvP6. Didn't do anything either.

I'm trying some other things. I'll let you all know if I fix it. :)

UPDATE: just saw this on GOG:

"We would like to inform you that, due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Already downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We would also like to highlight that those issues do not affect purchasing games. Currently available discounts on selected titles will not be extended due to the above.

It is our team's top priority to resolve those issues and we aim to resolve them as fast as possible. Apologies for any inconveniences caused."

So, there you go. I will try to download my game once they've sorted it. If there are still problems with my game, I'll be back. I hope it fixes things for you all.
