If you are playing a predator map, try harassing the goons with the REC. Make sure you are on a vantage point, and out of sight. A good map to do this is the Divine Intervention map. They will use dialogue I haven't seen anywhere else (or maybe I missed it?). It's kind of like the "stop poking me" thing in Warcraft/Starcraft.
