Hello,

the "Minimum system requirements" on the product page of Base One state, that Windows 10 64-bit is required. The "Works on:" in "Game details" for that game tells, that Windows starting with XP is supported.

Therefore the question - does the game work on Windows 7 64-bit and is it also fully supported (as in "might workt, but the devs don't care")?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Provost,

We don't have control over that Windows XP dialog, however the Min and Rec specs are indeed correct.

Having said that, we have had people download and install it for Windows 7. There was a video codec issue and hence we have released an update to rectify that.

As we haven't tested it below Windows 10, your mileage may vary.

Kind regards,
Aaron

Hello,

Thanks for win7 users.
j-marc
It is a 32-bit executable and appears to only use DirectX 11. I'd say it should work on Win7 just fine. It does install and run on an old Win7 desktop. Performance isn't good because of the old video card. Better than on Linux and Wine in which the videos don't play.
