Has anyone managed to live through that meteor storm? I've tried four times, and every time my "Hub" gets destroyed, ending my game. Anyone have any tips, tricks, or ideas?

It took me several times too.
Finally I just built rooms/pods/hubs around the center hub, so the meteors could not get through.
