Upon starting the game for the first time I noticed there is about a 3 second stutter when zooming in or out. All of the trees, shadows, buildings etc shake. It's like a micro-stutter and then it settles down to normal and I can scroll around the map no problem. As soon as I zoom back in or out the game stutters all over. Any ideas?

I've read some other forums and no one seems to have a definitive fix. Thought I'd ask here. Thank you.

Not played the game in a long while, but I had the same problem. I'd have some info boxes up, and after zooming the edges would 'jitter' for a few seconds. Don't know why it happens, but it's probably a game issue rather than 'user end' issue.
