I bought this a long time ago on GOG, and now it's saying I only get 1.0.6, however for the Colonial Charter it says it needs 1.0.7 Where can I get a download for that version?

I think GOG.com hasn't put 1.0.7 up because it's still officially a beta. You can find it here:
