According to the screenshot on the store page, the Level 4 enemy Giant Mantis has 2175 HP.

To me, that seems like a lot of HP for an enemy of a level that low, which suggests that either it actually isn't a lot compared to the damage you deal, and HP numbers are just inflated across the board, or else it actually is a lot of HP and combat is long and grindy.

So what's the deal?
