I can launch the table from the menu but then there are no graphics at all. I'm running a Win8 PC with IntelHD drivers that all seem to be up to date. Has anyone else had this problem? I pick a table, it loads, and then there's sound, you can hear the game playing, but you can't see anything.

I encountered the exact same problem, except I'm running Windows 7 with an AMD video card. I don't know why but simply rebooting solved the problem. I hope your case is as easy to fix.
