I did not know that Apogee/3D Realms/Pinball Wizards (whoever) replaced one table with the Duke Nukem table! On the 3DRealms website you find the following informations about a table named "Devil's Island":
Devil's Island was originally designed as part of Balls of Steel, but when we were offered an opportunity to create a table based on Duke Nukem, we had to choose one table to drop to make space in the development, and Devil's Island was the one to get the chop.
The table itself looks really funny. There is a link on a website (Wildfire Studios), but the download link is down. I think, the table is freeware but I'm not sure. So I decided to look for more download links but I could not found anything.
Has someone more informations about it? Was the table really available as freeware? Can the table be included into the Balls of Steel package?
I also found out that there are more tables based on the same engine:
Kiss Pinball (PlayStation only)
Dirt Track Racing Pinball (PC only?)
Austin Powers Pinball (PlayStation AND PC!)
Ultimate Pinball Gold (PC only?)
