Hello all.
The last time I played BG1, I installed the obscure No End mod, found on Arundor's Abode, now here:

And I installed it towards the end of the game, and my game worked perfectly. I finished the last fight, and instead of the game closing, it allowed me to continue playing, giving me the option to finish up TotSC quests if I was so inclined.
But that was on my retail copy. Now, I'm playing my GoG.com BG1 copy.
So my question is, can I instill this mod now (really it's a script, not a mod), late in the game as I'm in Chapter 7, here in my GoG.com copy, and expect it to work as smoothly as it did on my retail copy? Or should I simply not install it for safety puproses (as I plan on finishing the last fight, and using the 'No End' script to go into TotSC)?
Thanks in advance. And please give tech info in your responses, that I & everyone else who is curious may be the smarter thereof.
