I cannot find this guy. He disappeared after I first talked to him and now I've been all over the place trying to report that the mine has been cleared out. I have found him before on another play, a long time ago but I don't remember where he was.

Nevermind. As is always the case, as soon as I reach out for help I end up solving my problem. He appeared near the temple.
