I'm looking forward to another update. Who have you picked up to join your party? I recently started playing BG1 again after stopping to play NWN2. Playing as a Ranger/ Cleric multi/class and am in Baldur's Gate. This is my first playthrough as well.

I really enjoyed both the modded and original Baldur's gate. The one thing that did bother me in the original was the no pause in inventory. I play this game far more than I do Baldur's gate 2. I enjoyed a 4 hours of Baldur's gate modded last night, but I also have the original on my hard drive and will play it soon.

When I originally got the box set and then the expansion I was so impressed with the big lettering on the box saying it was on a DVD! They made that a selling point.

20 years ago I must admit I was a real attention to details kind of guys, for instance I found the ring of wizardry on my first playthrough without any guides. I make sure to grab it every time now.

The only issue is that I also found myself a little bored near the end and never finished the game.
