Nice! I like the sound of that Darkfriend class. ^_^
Here are the advantages and disadvantages:

ADVANTAGES

The following spells are added to the Darkfriend's spellbook:

Charm Monsters at Lv5
Summon Spiders at Lv7
Wyvern Call at Lv9

DISADVANTAGES

No Shapeshifting Abilities
It's a simple kit but has a great theme and useful abilities. The summons scale with caster level and have improved tactics.

All components of the mod are optional, and the kits should be compatible with Tutu or BGT (the Tutu or BGT readme should contain instructions for using BG2 mods; compatible components are simply installed prior to the conversion, if I recall).
