I've searched the manual but can't seem to find a quick save hot key. Anyone know what it is, quick save is mighty handy, especially at the beginning where one wolf bite can be game ending. :-)

Thanks in advance for any replies and big thanks to GOG for BG1 and 2 and the guys at Tutu as well!

The q key - you can change it in the config program.
