mrashkovsky: Dunno, I think it's unclear what's going to happen. Their announcement doesn't indicate that they're going to include anything for anyone. Maybe they'll do it. They DID announce that the enhanced editions are 85% off if you own the originals until the end of the month. Maybe you'd want to jump on that since that's like $3 per game
I'm thinking about doing that but while I own the originals on GoG, I own some of the EE's on Steam already.. I suppose if it is possible to use savegames from Steams EE versions importing into GoG's EE versions like if simply move the save file from one location to the other then I would probably do that.

I received answer from support.

the classic versions of these games will be added to all the Enhanced editions, along with the bonus goods.

So buying the EE editions NOW is the smart thing to do since you will get the classic versions for free that way. You will even get the bonus goods.
