So, I'm attempting to do the Ruling De'Arnise Keep quests and I got approached by the messenger while in the keep area telling me that Roenell was attacking. However, when I go to talk to the Majordomo he doesn't initiate the dialog needed for the attack to actually begin. He only initiates the dialog after enough time has passed for me to lose the keep anyway.

Am I just out of luck or is there some sort of workaround? I've tried waiting and traveling and everything I can think of
