Howdy folks, I am hoping someone here has some wisdom for me so I don't have to give up and start my campaign over. I installed Baldur's Gate 1 (Enhanced Edition) from GOG a few years ago and played a good ways into it. I had to upgrade my computer, so I transferred the saves at the time, though I didn't get around to reinstalling the game for a long while. I just reinstalled, using GOG Galaxy this time, so the save directory was different. I copied the old saves into the new directory, but when I launch the game and click on "Load Game," it freezes. I figure that there is something different between the version I installed a few years back and the new one, but I'm hoping there is some way to get my old saves to work so that I don't lose all my progress. Anyone have any ideas?
