I've installed this on 3 computers but on my dell inspiron potato the voices don't play at all, along with some other sound effects. Any tweaks that could fix this?

A tweak is not a fix for a malfunctioning computer. Your Dell is clearly the problem, so look to it.

Made sure your sound is setup to play stereo & not 5.1
