I have Baldur's Gate II up and running now after some tweaking with the Directx SDK but there is still one problem I can't seem to get rid of regardless of what I do. Every object in the game that's supposed to be transparent (clouds, fog, spells, fire, smoke etc..) are solid and opaque and I can't figure out what's causing this. The game is otherwise playable but it is an annoyance.
