mikenike: I'm looking to play baldurs gate 2 for the first time and I need safe/reliable links for the fix pack and wide screen resolution patches. I don't have the original baldurs gate installed on my computer as I believe this makes a difference for the fix pack patch? All help is appreciated.

EDIT: Though I disagree with his order. I always install GUI mods (#6, or others not listed here) last.
