When I get to the name part in character creation - it fills in all numbers and I can't delete out or type anything else in.

I know this is a known bug - and I've searched the forums for an answer so I far all the solutions in this forum have not worked for me.

Any thoughts?

i re-started the game as admin and it worked - go figure
