Im playing SOD, and i didnt report to nederlok about the spy or general stonehand about the thieve's guild before I planted the barrel. Unfortunately, the commanders are no longer at the coalition camp and i cannot turn in those quests...even creating the NPC via the console doesnt help as I cannot talk to them.

Does anyone know a way to complete the quests via the console or another method? If I knew what the quest variables were, I could temporarily set the ones for planting the barrel to 0 which would let me talk to the NPCs but I have no idea what the quest variables are.
