I am about to begin chapter 7 in BG2EE. MY stasj in the in at the slums has a lot of stuff in it . I understand from a walkthrough that i have used in the past that I cannot return to this district again after beginning Chapter 7. Should I just walk away from it?
It is hard to know what might be useful to me as I near the end game?

If you are not going through Throne of Bhaal, then you can probably just leave it, since you're nearly done.

If you are planning to go through Throne of Bhaal, then make sure to take along anything Cespenar can do modify.

Alternatively, you can move everything you've been saving to a container on the surface at Watcher's Keep. That map is available in SoA and in ToB.

Edit: You won't have access to it for awhile in Chapter 7, since you'll be locked to certain areas (similar to how you were stuck in the Underdark for awhile), but you'll be able to get back to it once you get into ToB proper. If you move it before Chapter 7, then you don't have to worry about choosing right now.
