So I've downloaded the Baldur's Gate II installer from GoG, all three parts of it. The first part (the .exe) works fine, as does the third part (the -2.bin), but second consistently gives me the following error message.

At this point I've redownloaded part two multiple times, part 3 at least twice, and the first part a couple times for good measure. What are my options, just keep downloading the thing and hope it works?

Are you downloading them via the GOG downloader? If so, try changing the default download directory in the GOG launcher, and download them to a different location. But before you do that, reboot your computer to rule out any 'temp' file issues.

If it still fails authentication after that, then you should contact support.

Re-download the second part via your browser and see where that gets you :) Also, try reducing the amount of connections in the Downloader as sometimes too many connections may cause integrity problems. If all else fails, please contact Support :)

Redownloaded it a third time, still no dice. Ended up installing the Gog.com downloader and that did it. Thanks!
