Did a quick Google, but didn't see any obvious answers. I started a new game with a few mods (Baldurdash, Unfinished Business, Mini Quests and Encounters, a few items from the Tweak Pack). Things go fine through the prologue, but then outside Candlekeep I hear "Heya, it's me Imoen", and the moment she reaches my character the game freezes. I thought it might be because of the All Dialogues Pause Game (or however it's called) part of the Tweak Pack, but the problem persists even after trying without that. Anyone run into this before?

Uninstall all of your mods (everything) and start a new game -- do *not* load a previous game, this is very important. Now quickly play up to the point where Imoen joins again, and if everything goes well, as it should, then quit the game and begin to install your mods ONE BY ONE. Start with Baldurdash, then start a new game, and zip through as before, up to the point where she joins. Do this, remembering to add things one by one, until your game acts up again. When it does, the last thing you installed is the culprit. If it doesn't act up, and everything goes smoothly, it can probably be chalked up to a botched install.

Post the text in your WeiDU.log next time so we can tell what mods are installed & you do know NOT to install the game into the programs folder with any Windows after XP right?

I'm not on Windows so that's not an issue (I'm using WINE). I've finally figured out that (inexplicably) Bardic Reputation Adjustment from of the Tweak Pack is to blame.

That is odd, because the Bardic Reputation does not touch anything in that particular area. It only adds extra NPCs (Bards) to select inns/taverns, the nearest to that place being The Friendly Arm Inn. Very odd.

Yeah, it doesn't really make sense to me. Maybe it's some weird side effect between that and another mod or that mod and WINE. All I have really are Baldurdash fixes, Unfinished Business, Mini Quests and Encounters, and a handful of components from the Tweak Pack.

The order in which you install mods is rather important. Since you still have not provided your WeiDu.log, nobody can say anything in regards to the order and if the problem might be lying there.

There it is. The Bardic Reputation Adjustment was directly before the Cloakwood Chapter End Trigger Change.

I have both Unfinished Business and BG1 Tweaks installed, including Bardic Reputation -- I do not have BGQE. I don't get the problem you are describing, however I do not have any of the BETA components of BG1 Tweaks. It is possible that the issue lies in those components, but that's a guess.
