I have installed BGT ( no other mods) and started a new game with a fighter/mage.

Now I get exp when learn a spell (and most likely when I disarm a trap).
This way I could gain a level before leaving candlekeep.
This feals like cheating.
Is there a way to remove this?

Looks like the graphic did not change in the BG1 part of BGT.
So the only difference to vanilla BG1 is, I have the classes and races of BG2 in BG1
and I can transfer some NPC of my party to part 2.

If I cannot get rid of this unplanned exp boost, I play vanilla BG1 again and export to BG2.

No, there is no way to remove the experience for scribing scrolls. It's part of the BG2 engine, and is one more reason that BGT/TuTu will cause you to be overpowered in BG1.

As for the graphics, they certainly have changed in the BG1 part of BGT (or TuTu). You are using the BG2 engine, so how have the graphics not changed? <confused>
The XP gains for scribing scrolls, picking locks, and disarming traps are all in the XPBONUS.2DA file. You can modify or eliminate the bonus XP for those actions by modifying those values.

BGT has a component that greatly reduces (but doesn't eliminate) XP for those actions while in BG1. Perhaps you didn't install that component? You should only be getting 10 xp or so for scribing a level 1 scroll.

If you want to manually change the XP values to your personal preferences, the best option is to use Near Infinity. Sometimes Weidu mods get ornery when you uninstall them if anything's been modified, though, so you might want to make a backup of that one file before you uninstall/reinstall any components.
Thanx

I have changed all numbers in XPBONUS.2DA to 0 and replaced all files. (this file exists 6 times in my BG2 folder).
Then I learned a spell and did not get exp.

About graphic, I simply looked at my new BGT game and loaded a vanilla BG1 game.
I did not look at any animations or such things.
- If I remember correctly, when installing BGT for the first time I was asked some questions about settings.
It did not happen yesterday when I tried to reinstall it, so nothing changed when selecting reinstall.
But I did not try all .exe files in the BGT folder.

- With this change, I will not get exp for scrolls, traps and locks in BG2 too.
I think this adds up a lot of points over the whole game.
Lets use this as compensation for:
- I know the game relatively good (finished vanilla BG1 and 2 several times, but I beat ToB only once, (I hate draconis, the final battle was easier than an invisible dragon.)
- I have rerolled one hour to create a char with good stats
-I reload every time when something goes completely wrong
