Beamdog has released version 2.1, but my BG2EE is still version 2.0.62.2

Navigate to the game in the Library, click More > Configure and then set the updates to Automatically/Manually. It's probably set to Auto but GOG releases patches a bit later than Beamdog/Steam. It should be up in a day or so I guess.

It's been my experience with GOG and patches that games tend to get updated on GOG a day or two later, and they usually don't release patches over a weekend. So since the 2.1 patch launched yesterday (Thursday), I'd say expect the new patch to come somewhere around Tuesday or Wednesday of next week...that's was the same situation with the Baldur's Gate 2 EE 2.0 patch.
