It's a dump file (dump.2.3.67.3.0005.dmp) How do I view it so I can find out what the problem is. BG 1 &2 crash with this same report on startup - run as administrator, start with or without the launcher, etc.

You need a debugging tool *and* the experience to understand what the debugger is showing you. In short, if you don't know how to open it, it will do you no good.
