It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Every time I try to download it, the files are corrupt and if I try to add it the GOG dowloader it says "You have no access to this game." I have the purchase confirmation email and was charged so I don't understand.

Are you using the downloader or are you using the browser? Using a download manager can sometimes muck things up.
Are you logged into the downloader? You do have to sign in when you first start the program.

I'm having the same problem. When the downloader asks me to sign in, I enter my information but it doesn't accept it. I then made sure my login information was correct and it was. It's just not taking it.

Weird. The only thing I can suggest is try reinstalling the downloader, and install it with admin priviliges/not in program files if you're using Windows 7.
Hi, new member here. I just bought Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2 tonight, and I am having the same problem. I can get Baldur's Gate to download no problem, but when using the download manager, Baldur's Gate 2 stays paused and will not download.
2 days ago I experienced the sameself situation. For me reinstalling the downloader worked.
