Hi,
I have found some people with the same problem and I here there are UI mods to fix the issue I am having but I cannot locate them

Whenever dialogue initiates in Baldur's Gate 1 with these 2 mods installed the camera will pan to the bottom right hand corner for no reason until the dialogue concludes where it then moves slowly back to the centre. Can I remove this camera panning altogether with a mod or by editing files?
