Will I keep all my items when transfering saves from BG:EE SoD to BG2:EE? I wish to keep all of the artifacts.

BG2 starts with you completely naked. You are imprisoned and stripped of all your gear. There are only 3 exceptions to this which you will find in the starting dungeon. I do not remember which items tho.

I wouldn't worry about it tho. BG2 is designed to be played like this and you'll soon find much better items.
