How do I get multiplayer to work? Where / how do I enable console commands? How do i get to the baldur.ini file to add <<cheats=1>> ?

I have searched but didn't find any solutions. Answers or links are awesome.

You find the baldur.ini file within the app. Just open it with a right-click and select "Show Package Contents". Now follow the folder structure along drive_c/GOG Games/Baldur's Gate/

Multiplayer should work with the Mac version of GameRanger.

I am trying to do a solo multiplayer where i can make my own party, i click new game and nothing happens, i have even windowed the game and is still does nothing.
