Since installing BG from my GoG download, I've discovered that the BG launcher freezes my system every time I attempt to run it. I can run BGmain.exe without problem, so I've learned to ignore the launcher and just launch BGmain.exe directly when I want to play the game, but is there some way to use the launcher - or, for that matter, any reason to use the launcher?
