Hey

I just did my first playthrough and half way on my Second.

But now i ask myself - BG 3 does not have any Multiplayer Lobbys on the GoG Version?

Or Is it llike in DOS 2 where u had to wait ages untill it fully works

and some of my Friends bought it on Steam because ..... they are steam fanboys and got all their fancy games there... but to be short is there crossplay from GoG and Steam yet? we didnt try so far because we can only play on Weekends together.

Maybe some1 can help me here

Thx in advance.

Theoretically, if you're on the same patch, you should be able to play together. I didn't try it, I don't know. But that's what I've read on the game's website. Hope it helps.

You will need to use Direct Connect. The person who sets up the game will have a numeric code they can supply to the others, so that they can find and join that game.
Oh okay thx so thats like back then...

but i still wonder why i dont see any Multiplayer sessions online

Quite possibly, there just isn't anyone else offering to host them when you happen to be looking. :)
there is still not a single multiplayer session to be found so far and i tried it every day i played and different hours....

seems like there is no multiplayer for GoG except the code crap like it was in DoS and DoS:II untill VERY later...
by default a multiplayer is locked and lan but to answer your question yes Gog does have multiplayer
