Hi, familiar question with a different twist. I'm trying to run BG2 on a Surface Pro 2, and unable to get the game to fill the screen. No matter what resolution I run it in, it is a tiny window surrounded by black. There doesn't seem to be an option on this machine to "scale" the graphics to fill the display, and I haven't run into this on any other game, including several old ones. It also worked perfectly on BG1. I've tried the widescreen mod, with no luck. Any thoughts? I figured this would be a perfect game on this machine.

Have you tried running BGConfig.exe and in the Graphics settings, toggle the 2D/3D Use 3D Acceleration? It's possible this is significant, seeing as you have no dedicated video chip, and very little dedicated VRAM.

Yup, I've tried that, thanks. The only thing that works is windowed mode, but it isn't optimal. As far as the graphics capabilities, it's amazing what this thing can do. I've got Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, and Xcom all running at more than adequate frame rates. BG2 is the only game that I'm having issues with resolution so far. :-(
