I have this odd problem with the game. When I'm playing, it'll freeze for about a second, then run as normal. This keeps happening everywhere I go. Anyone else having this issue? I'm on Win10.

This issue seems to be frequent. Try to set the game to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode.

By the way, are you using an Intel video card? Check this thread too.

I'm using my NVIDIA card to play. Still have this issue.
