Hello everyone, I am experiencing the following issue:

I purchased BG 1 & 2 from GOG in english (since there is no other option available) and used the german dialog.tlk files found in the Multilingual GOG Games topic. Then I tried to use Easy Tutu or BGT in order to improve the engine of BG 1, which worked well, but the in-game text is ruined, i.e. either missing or a combination of german and english. I believe that this is due to the changes that Easy Tutu or BGT do to the dialog.tlk file.

So basically I can either play the game in german in old BG 1 engine OR I can play the game using BG II engine via Tutu or BGT, but in that case I am not able to play in german.

So the inevitable question is: Is there any way to play BG 1 in BG 2 engine in german ? Any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

As I understand it, EasyTutu is only available in English. If you want to play in another language you need to use BG1Tutu v4, Follow the instructions here in order to install it.
