What is your system (PC/Mac/Linux etc.), what OS, what graphics card do you have, and what is your desktop screen resolution? Also, do you have any mods installed?
i have a lenovo PC windows 10 Radeon, amd 10 with built in graphics decktop i think my resolution is 1920x1080
and have not installed any mods

Ok, I'm not savvy with Windows 10, but the error would suggest that the default resolution of 640x480 is being rejected. Can you play the game windowed?
it wont allow me to if i go to change the res in game so i changed me computer screen res but that didn't work also when i click play it gives me that error

Can you run it in windowed mode?
no

dragoncxx: no
Then I can only suggest that your built in graphics card does not support 640x480 screens. If that is the case, I really don't know what the solution is, other than getting yourself a stand-alone video card. Whatever the cause, it is definitely down to graphics, evidenced by the error message. You should also know that playing games on built-in graphics is a very bad idea, and almost always causes issues.

Actually, I haven't had much issues with this. In fact, as a Linux user who refuses to use proprietary drivers, Intel Integrated Graphics are the best supported choice.

I can even run OpenCL (library that lets you use the GPU for numerical computation) without any proprietary code.

Until you want to run a game that your integrated Intel firmware/hardware doesn't have support for. It happens all too frequently these days.
