Hey all, new member here. Anyway, getting straight to the point, I just recently purchased a copy of Baldur's Gate - 4 in 1 Boxset literally just an hour ago. So I come home and open it up to discover 3 discs inside. Now my question is, is there meant to be 4 or just 3 discs?

- Apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

Cheers in advance.

Edit: I found the other disc hiding behind the one on the back..

This listing on Amazon says 4 DVD's
My german "Best of Atari - Baldur's Gate - The complete Series" Boxset has 4 in it. One for each game and each addon. So if they didn't put maybe BG1+TOSC on one disc in Australia, i suppose there should be 4 in it, too?
As far as I know there was a rerelease of Baldur's Gate 1 with Tales of the Sword Coast on 1 DVD, but I don't know if that version was ever bundled with BG 2 and its addon. On disc I only have the german release of BG 1 + addon on 6 CDs, never bought any other physical releases. Mainly because the boxes here are all german only, and the localisation was terrible, as most german game localisations are. So I gladly purchased both games here.

Edit: Oh sorry overlooked that you found the missing disc. Out of curiosity, how are the games spread over the 4 discs?
Oh and you probably want to look into the sticky thread for buyers of both games here, it explains how to install the games so that you can play BG1 in the enhanced engoine of BG2. And there are other nice things for BG1 like a widescreen patch (for custom resolutions) and the unfinished business mod/patch (for more or less finished items and sidequests found in the code but not the game). And a mod the brings the NPC dialog of BG1 up to the standards of BG2. Sorry if that all sounds a bit overwhelming, just ask in this subforum. It is the right one for all Baldur's Gate related questions.

BG1 and BG2 each have their own DVDs; while each games' expansion is on a CD.
