Reinstalling the game should restore these. Failing that, you may have better results posting in the correct forum. This forum is for Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn. There is a dedicated forum for Baldur's Gate 3.

if its in Galaxy you just need to set lag option the spanish [or whatever else] and the pak will download

setting the game back to English will remove the Spanish folder back [prob what actually happened and because Gog doesn't understand their own servers] but you could just copy paste the same text file to a safe location
