Why is this happening? My whole party has a 25 in str in green, I don't mind it but it seems very unfair for my enimies.

It is because you are playing on the lowest difficulty.

It happens if you play in the story mode. Also there was a bug in version 2.0 which automatically decreased diffficulty to story mode when you die.
