They've each been on sale a few times this year, per GOG Db. (Not with impressive discounts, mind you.)
If you want to be sure to catch them the next time they're discounted, make sure they're in your wishlist, and then make sure you have the "Wishlist alerts" box checked on your account's Subscriptions page (found under "Orders & Settings").
