Hello, currently I'm stuck in v4.1.1.3648072 and in the GOG page the latest patch says v4.1.1.3669438 to v4.1.1.3686210 and v4.1.1.3686210 to v4.1.1.3696083

How do I go from v4.1.1.3648072 to current patch and where can I find the files? Thanks

GOG removes the older (offline) patches. You have to actively follow up on offline patches yourself.
The only thing that you can do now is:
- Use Galaxy to update.
- Or download the latest full offline installer again.
you can not use Galaxy to update an off line install ... which is why using off line installs is such a bad idea for new games

your real two options are;
1, uninstall the game then use the off line installs to reinstall the full game or
2, uninstall the game then use Galaxy to reinstall it

the difference is Galaxy will now give you updates as they come out or a few patches from now you will have to uninstall / reinstall again to keep using off lines
You might be able to find the missing patch installer somewhere else, on the high seas perhaps. But be warned, that carries with it a risk of the files not being clean. Otherwise, only a full reinstall is the solution at this point.

I'm in the same boat - on the same version as you and just figured out that some genius removed the patch I need two days ago (but left online one for an even older version than my original installation files, probably as a joke). Oh well.

Yes you can.
You have to have the game in the account that's connected to Galaxy.
I found a solution. I check for updates and nothing so I ran the verify / repair. It scanned the game and installed the latest patch. I hope this helps you.
