Steam has it already, no update that I can find on when GOG will make it available. I'm supposed to have a multiplayer marathon with my friends starting in an hour....

Yeah glad I checked Reddit and the forums here first -- made it easy deciding where to purchase this game, and where NOT to.

That's good to know. Then the off-line installers probably will be updated beginning next week, or the week after that.
But I am absolutely sure it will be this month... If we are lucky... I think... Probably...

It's just that on Steam you don't buy the game. Only the right to play a game on Steam, the game is not your property - Steam can change the rules at any time and deprive you of the right to play a game.

On GOG, the game is your property. You download it to your drive and it's yours forever without an Internet connection.

As for the patch, let someone from the GOG team have their say.

wow, GOG support is completely deplorable

Especially for THE top selling game...

I'm pretty sure GOG had to axe a significant portion of their support team after the Cyberpunk release debacle.

Well they may have been a little slow getting offline installer patches out (perhaps they were not expecting Larian to issue hotfixes so soon after release) but they sorted the issue preventing hotfix 1 being installed earlier today and just now hotfix 2 has rolled out.

I'm pretty happy with that!

so, will the update eventually drop?some users got it already, why?
