If I am successfully running v.4.1.1.3905231 of Baldur's Gate 3 then which patch files do I need, and in what order ought they be applied?

I have downloaded the file patch_baldurs_gate_3_Release_-_v4.1.1.3905231_(68709)_to_Release_-_v4.1.1.3911062_-_Patch_Patch4_Hotfix1_(6 8777).exe as well as the sequence of 28 files named setup_baldurs_gate_3_release_-_v4.1.1.3911062_-_patch_patch4_hotfix1__(64bit)_(68777).exe/-1.bin/-2.bin/etc .

Do I run both the files (that is, the one file, and then the sequence of files) in the order in which I have named them, above? Or, since my v.4.1.1.3905231 game is running smoothly, do I only need to apply the first (128 MB) file?

Great question. I've tried updating but receive the error in the error.log below. See attachment. It kicks off the install but the progress bar never moves and then it eventually errors out.

In theory, if you have game version 4.1.1.3905231 working. You will ONLY need to apply the update patch which is the single file exe. (128mb) one.

This should update your game to the latest version. This is the same as Larian/Steam Hotfix #10.

The other set of files is the actual full game.

Sarge, I was having a similar problem with a previous patch. I solved it by following the instructions found in this Steam forum post.

The fix involved deleting some certain files from my C:\GOG Games\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\ folder, including .bak files.

I did as you described, and now I see v4.1.1.3911062 as my game version.
