video dialog not playing issues like for example when Raphael shows up to camp to have his chat and the game should kick into a vid [his house] but doesn't so you are stuck at camp

what causes this = Larian mucking about with the launcher files

how do you fix it = first test that it is this bug causing the issue = load an earlier save and repeat steps to goto a camp for rest [make sure to quick save just before you rest this time... if it keeps kicking you out of dialog without running the vid then this is the bug, if it plays instead then your issue was prob system Ram

open the Galaxy folder location for BG3... right click launcher and try run as admin [the launcher not the game exe ]

if the vid now plays, see image 3 to set launcher to always run as admin
