I am unable to update to Patch 5. I am using GOG's Galaxy launcher. When I check for the latest update, it states that the current update is 4.xxxxxxx

I have verified the files, I have uninstalled and then reinstalled BG3.

No luck.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Are there any solutions?

that is correct, the current build is 4.1.1.1173402

the way it works is they put out a patch then a hotfix and this is the 5th patch
each patch adds to the game in some way and you need to restart your adventures after loading a patch but they also tend to add new bugs... I found 7 new ones with this patch so far

after each patch is a hotfix witch should repair the bugs and you don't need to restart after loading a hotfix because it should not change any actual game assets

The 4.1.1.xxxxx is just the number used for the engine. Since this is the divinty 4 engine all the patch numbers will start with 4.1.1.xxxxx. It may change after release.
