HI all, I just started playing. When my mouse hovers over object, they are outlined in white. For me it really destroys the art. Is there a way to toggle this off?
Please note that I do not mean the ~ key with which the default setting is to toggle off/on yellow specific characters and items outline.

first look at the image to confirm we are talking about the same outline
then to answer your question, no you can't turn it off but you could mod it out as its a game design code

Unclear if anyone is going to give you step-by-step.. maybe they will.. but Larian released a modding toolkit, which you can get for free here: https://www.gog.com/en/game/baldurs_gate_3_toolkit .

I believe USS Norway when they say it's modable, so I'd start by getting that toolkit and seeing if you can create a custom mod that disables this feature.
