Hey everyone, I'm having some really weird issues with this game. First of all my specs are:
MPG B550 GAMING PLUS (MS-7C56) motherboard
24,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1065MHz
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Corsair CX750M

And I'm having two major problems so far with BG3, first, sometimes it will just shut down my PC, not crash, not reset, just downright shut down things out of nowhere. At first I thought the problem was overheating, but upon opening the AMD overlay, I noticed that both the temp of the CPU and GPU were at the 60-80° range, not enough to trigger a shutdown. So far I placed the game's graphics on medium, it SEEMS working so far, but you never know. Anyone had these problems?

Second, this is just relative to GOG, I can't use the F12 for screenshots, it will immediately crash the game, and using printscreen key is wonky, it sometimes takes a completely different screenshot from what's currently happening onscreen (and I don't know why).

Can anyone help?

Just an update, lowering the graphics to medium didn't help. Still shuts the computer down.
so what software are you using to block ports, a VPN, proxy server or just some 3rd party antivirus that came with the computer?

the fact taking printscreens crashes things means this is your computer setup not the actual game

i'd start by making sure nothing is installed to c program files or being stored in onedrive, after that test if pressing [windows key] + [w] still opens the whiteboard app... if it doesn't then your build has had default apps replaced by whatever rubbish

Avast, but whenever I use F12 to take screenshots, it works without a hitch on Steam, and it also works with other games on Gog. I downloaded Zen Drifting through Gog Galaxy and took some screenshots using F12, no problem at all.
check the defult paths like on mine its D:\Docs\GOG Galaxy\Screenshots [then game name] but if its c username it could be trying to send to a onedrive
yes i to have restarts of entire pc , nasty bug

Yeah, its happening to a lot of people, many with more powerful rigs than mine. I already stress-tested the pc with three different softwares and nothing happened. Yet when I played Baldur's Gate 3, it restarts the pc out of nowhere.
