After installing Patch 3 I have a problem: I can't speak to anyone and I can't back to camp for long rest. I'm in Act 2. Anybosy has noticed same problem? Any solutions?

are you using mods perhaps?

Yes. It was working with Paitch 2. Now, even after unstalling mod (I have only 1) problem still exist.

1st of all using any mod means you should not patch until the mod maker updates their mod to the new patch... this is why i don't use mods but thats your choice
2nd uninstalling a mod does not fix the changes made by that mod... you have to fully remove all trace and that includes the actual game saves because they also track the fact you used a mod
